Sunrise Shells is Growing!

SunriseShells on Facebook now has almost 200 fans online. Some of which have posted some of their own pictures to share with everyone. We really appreciate it that everybody is having such a good time sharing their stories and pictures. There hasn't been a place online where people can get together and have a place dedicated to talking about the sunrise shell. Facebook is where it all starts for us as we continuously work to improve our actual website, www.SunriseShells.com. We are still in the planning phase of our project but by the end of the year we plan to have a dedicated forum where people can discuss topics about sunrise shells, a place where people can trade/sell their jewelry completely free without having to use sites such as Ebay just to reach out to the world, and a page where you can still just upload pictures to show off your precious little scallops. The reason we are doing this is to create a group of people who are passionate and bring them together to help raise awareness that one day these shells may not be around to enjoy if we don't get together now and stop people from taking them alive. They were never taken before in the Hawaiian culture just worn as sacred pieces around their necks, so why can't it be the same today.
